| 摘 要： | 一方面,社会建设离不开公民社会的参与;另一方面,社会建设活动也促进了公民社会的成长。在公民社会理念的推动下进行社会建设,必须培育社会组织,充分发挥其在社会建设中的作用;进行信任增量重建,促进社会建设中社会资本的积聚;重视公民参与,增强公众对社会建设的认同度;加强公民责任,注重法治与规则的建构。

| Abstract: | On the one hand,social construction cannot carry on without the participation of the civil society;on the other hand,social construction will also promote the growth of the civil society.Under the promotion of the concept of civil society,our social construction must culti-vate social organizations and give full play to its role and strengthen the trust incremental re-construction to promote the accumulation of social capital and emphasis on citizen participation to enhance public awareness and strengthen civic responsibilities and pay more attention to the construction of the rule of law. |
