| 摘 要： | 新疆改革开放30年来虽然取得了巨大成就,但是与东部地区的发展还是存在巨大差异,乃至新疆区域内部也存在明显的南北差异,文章认为区域产生差距、经济社会发展不平衡产生的终极原因还是源于改革开放的程度和广度。随着新疆改革开放逐步推进,区域经济发展战略不断演进,从均衡发展战略——非均衡发展战略——非均衡协调发展战略推动新疆区域经济社会发展。文章重点论述了以进一步的改革开放来推动新疆区域经济协调发展战略实施的核心和重点。

| Abstract: | Though there have been great achievements in the previous 30 years in Xinjiang since the reform and opening up of our country,there is still a big gap if compared with the eastern regions in China.In addition,the discrepancy can also be found in the level of development in areas northern and southern regions in Xinjiang.The author of the present article thinks that the differences are due to the degree and depth of the development,therefore he believes that trying to seek the balance of reform and opening up in different areas can we make great progress in reginal development in Xinjiang. |
