摘    要:英语教师学习共同体是促进英语教师专业发展的有效途径。在高中英语新课标推行之际,本文用现象学的交互主体性解读高中英语教师通过英语教师学习共同体共同发展的可能性,为高中英语教师通过英语教师学习共同体适应高中英语新课标改革要求提供理论支持。

Abstract:Teacher learning community is an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.In the context of National English Curriculum for Senior Middle Schools,the present research attempts to give an explanation,from the theoretical perspective of intersubjectivity in phenomenology,for the possibility for English teachers to achieve their development via teacher learning community,hence to provide a theoretical support to the possibility that English teachers adapt themselves to the senior middle school English teaching reform with an active involvement in the learning community.
