| 摘 要： | 计算机的发明及其应用是当代科学技术发展的最重大的成果之一。由于它的高速、精确计算处理能力和大容量存贮器的记忆功能， 使得许多先进的科学管理方法借助计算机在各行业操作运用。在体育管理中我们设想借助计算机的强大辅助功能， 尽快地建立一个运动竞技网络系统来规范体育行业操作标准， 提高竞技运动的公平竞争性， 提高运动训练中前沿信息传播的快速和准确性。

| Abstract: | The invention and the application of computer is the most important result in the development of modern science and technology.Because of its high speed.specific handle function and memory function of its large capacity storage instrument Many advanced scientific methods can be used in management.The strong auxiliary management function of computer should also be used in physical training management so as to set up net-work system to regulate profession operating criteria as soon as possible. It improves the fair competition in athletics sports and the high speed and correctness of the spread of newly information in the training course. |
