| Abstract: | The old-age insurance funds is an important component of the social security fund, The operating results is not only directly rela,：ed the survival of millions of retires, but also to the smooth progress of reform, development and social stability. The article analyzes the pension funds operating procedures, and gives some countermeasures to improve the distribution of power between the main pension fund operators. |
