| 摘 要： | 家族治理模式是指控股家族直接或间接掌握企业的控制权,家族成为企业治理系统中的重要影响力量的治理模式。根据家族掌握企业控制权的状况、家族拥有企业所有权的状况以及企业制度建设状况,可把家族治理模式划分为传统家族治理模式、混合家族治理模式和现代家族治理模式三种类型。不同类型的家族治理模式各有其适用范围、将长期并存。
