家族企业用人模式初探

摘    要:受传统文化的影响,我国家族企业与西方家族企业相比,在用人上拥有独特的模式。在对几个较有影响的家族企业用人模式进行分析的基础上,指出家族企业选择用人模式应重点考虑企业所处的发展阶段;并对处于生存阶段和存活阶段的家族企业的用人模式选择进行了分析。

Abstract:Because impacted by the classical culture, the staffing model of Chinese family based companies has its own features compared with western family based companies. This paper suggests that we should consider the organization life cycle when we choose the staffing model by analyzing some famous staffing model. Finally, the author researches the choosing of staffing model for the company, which is in existence or survival stage.
