| 摘 要： | 高校基层党组织工作改革创新是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,做好新时期下高校基层党组织工作的创新发展具有重要的意义。本文将从加强高校基层党组织建设的重要性出发,分析当前高校基层党建工作中存在的问题,最后提出该校基层党建工作的创新发展途径。
