| 摘 要： | 由美国著名心理学家David C.McClelland提出的胜任力理论,是目前管理学领域开展能力研究的主要方法之一。文章在辨析胜任力相关概念的基础上,阐释将胜任力理论引入高校教师远程教学能力研究的方法论意义,分析构建胜任力模型的核心技术。结果表明,胜任力模型对于高校教师远程教学能力研究具有显著的理论价值与现实价值,其未来研究将围绕模型构建、相关培训与评估系统的设计与开发等5类主题展开。

| Abstract: | The competency theory proposed by the famous American psychologist David C. McClelland is one of the main methods to carry out capability research in the current management field. Based on the discrimination between competency and other relative concepts, this paper elaborates the methodological significance to introduce competency model into the research on distance teaching capability of higher education teacher, and analyzes the key technologies to construct a competency model. The result shows that the competency model has great theoretical and practical value to the distance teaching capability research on higher education teacher, and its future research will focus on five topics, such as the construction of competency model, the design and development of the related training and evaluation system, and so on. |
