| 摘 要： | 体育理论课是体育专业的一门专业理论课，学好该门课程时掌握体育教育的理论与方法，提高学生的实际工作能力有着重要意义．本课题通过更新教材内容，运用启发式教学，采用多向信息传递，学讲结合等几个方面的改革，增强了教学效果．
