| 摘 要： | 大学生党支部是高校开展思想政治教育的坚强堡垒,在高校思想政治教育的过程中发挥着重要的核心凝聚作用、引领带动作用与辐射示范作用,是大学生思想政治教育的有力抓手。但由于部分高校学生党支部设置不科学、学生党员素质参差不齐及学生党支部工作量加大与基层党建工作队伍弱化之间的矛盾凸显等诸多因素影响,致使部分大学生党支部没能充分发挥思想政治教育的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。因此,必须以优化大学生党支部设置,扩大党工作的覆盖面,努力做到全覆盖;全面提高学生党员素质,充分发挥其先进性作用;加强基层党建工作队伍建设,注重党建工作人员选配与素质提升等为着力点,深入推进思想政治教育,增强大学生思想政治教育的实效。

| Abstract: | Party branch in colleges is a strong fortress of ideological and political education in the process of unifying,leading and shaping college students.But with unscientific design of the college student party branches,uneven quality of student party members and increasing workload of students ’ party branch and weak teams of primary level party building,college students party branches have failed to give full pioneer model play.Therefore,students party branches must optimize their texture,improve the quality of student party members to reprent their advancd role,strengthen the construction of primary branches,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. |
