摘    要:针对当前本科生的创新实践能力与高等教育的人才培养目标和社会实际需求之间的矛盾,文章介绍了基于指导教师的学缘结构优势,依托包括国家自然科学基金等在内的国家、省厅及校级科研、教改项目,结合模具专业学生培养的特点所开展的一系列实践活动,如组织课外兴趣小组、指导学生进行设计实验、加强实践环节的训练等,从多渠道、多方位探索了提高本科生创新实践能力的途径和方法,取得了一些研究成果,并为大学生创新实践能力的培养积累了经验。

Abstract:Aiming at settling conflicts among innovative ability of undergraduate students and the goals of higher education and the improved requirements of the society,this paper introduces a series of research practices based on the advantages of multiplex educational backgrounds of supervisors,with the help from research and teaching reform programs of various levels including National Natural Science Foundation of China,provincial ones and ones of the school level,combined with the characteristics of the cultivation of mold majors,for example,organization of extracurricular activities,guidance of designed experiment and strengthening of practical training with approaches to improve undergraduates′ innovative and practical ability explored,some achievements made and experiences in undergraduates′ innovative and practical ability cultivation gained.
