| 摘 要： | 通过调查分析目前高校师德师风建设中出现的问题,提出对策,即:强化教师角色意识,加强学习古今中外教师职业道德的理论知识,学校要创造师德师风培养的宽松环境,关心和爱护教师是高校师德师风建设的基本前提。

| Abstract: | Analyzing through investigations the existing problems in cultivating teachers' moral integrity and conduct,this paper comes up with some countermeasures;i.e.,to fortify the sense of the role as a teacher;to enhance the theoretical study of teacher' professional ethics,both ancient and present,Chinese and foreign;to reach the goal,schools are supposed to create a free environment;top priority should be given to the care and love for teachers in cultivating their moral integrity and conduct. |
