| 摘 要： | 体育教学环境是学校教学的窗口，是学校展现教学特色的重要环节，良好的教学环境对教学系统功能的发挥能起到重要的促进作用。对北方高校冬季体育教学环境进行深入研究，指出教学设施和自然环境、校园文化和师生关系、教师的教学能力及方法是北方高校冬季体育教学环境的构成要素；提出优化体育教学的设施环境、加强对学生的人文培养、提高教师的综合素质能力等体育教学环境的建构途径，为切实提高冬季体育教学质量和全面推进素质教育提供理论参考依据。

| Abstract: | Physical education environment is the window of teaching, is the important link which shows the teaching characteristics, good teaching environment has a promotion for the development of teaching system function. Deeply studying on the winter sports education environment in northern universities, point out teaching facilities and natural environment, campus culture and relations between teachers and students, teaching ability and methods of teachers are components of winter sports teaching environment in northern universities; Put forward optimizing facilities of physical education, strengthening the humanity cultivation of students, improving the comprehensive ability of teachers and other construction ways of physical education environment, provide a reference for improving the teaching quality of winter sports education and comprehensively promoting quality-oriented education. |
