| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,借鉴传统武术和太极拳理论并结合作者多年练习太极拳的经验体会,由对简化24太极拳运动的思考进而对近年来常见24式太极拳图书进行考察,揭示其作为24太极拳运动的教材在拳理、示范、演练讲解、技击等内容方面所存在的一些需要改进之处,认为24式太极拳图书的改进能对传统太极拳、传统武术甚至传统文化的继承和研究发挥较大的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the reflections on the development of Simplified 24-Form Taijiquan,the thesis proceeds to inspect the common 24-Form Taijiquan books mainly through the methods of literature and logical analysis with the reference to traditional Wushu and Taijiquan theory and the experience of the writers' practicing Taijiquan for many years.The thesis unveils that there is something needing improvement in the contents of theory,demonstration,explanation for exercise,fighting arts etc in the books as the teaching material for 24-Form Taijiquan,and it maintains that the improvement of 24-Form Taijiquan books will have biggish effect on the inheritance and the research on traditional Taijiquan and Wushu and even traditional culture. |
