| Abstract: | The western countryside is the most serious area of poverty problem of our country. The existence of the poverty problem, become one of the important reason influencing western regional economy and society to be all-round developing. Take the sustainable development path, bring about a coordinated development in nature, economy and society, have very important meanings to the poverty problem, which solves the western rural area. |
