摘    要:作为语义网框架的最基础部分,RDF在资源唯一标识及表示方面、在数据表示灵活性方面以及在大数据关联表示方面,为应用提供了支撑。相对于关系数据库,采用RDF表示业务数据更有利于业务系统的迭代开发。介绍了如何使用RDF表示人力资源数据及人力资源的应用框架:首先简述了人力资源的业务需求,在此基础上,定义了业务系统的类层次及属性关系,给出了元数据模型及实例数据的N3表示,最后图示了应用框架,并给出了基于SPARQL的信息导航处理方式。

Abstract:As the most basic part of semantic web framework, RDF provides not only a unique identification and representation of resources, but also techniques for representing linked data. Furthermore, it can guarantee the flexibility of data representation. Compared with RDBMS, RDF-based data representation is more suitable for iterative application development. This paper is illustrated how to represent human resource data in RDF, and proposed an application framework. First, the user requirements are demonstrated, then the class hierarchy and the property's domain and range are defined. Second, some meta data and instance data in N3 are shown. At last, we illustrate the application framework of human resource, and introduced examples of how to implement the information navigation in SPARQL.
