| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、专家访谈等方法,对伦敦奥运会后世界男子篮球运动的竞争格局与发展态势进行分析,旨在对中国男篮目前存在的问题、今后的发展走向与对策提出合理化的建议。研究认为:把握世界篮球运动的发展态势,确立适合自身的技战术风格;融入欧洲篮球的文化元素,走整体性打法的模式;树立内外结合,以内为主,走高快结合的发展之路;强调多点进攻,采用移动式的进攻打法;改变比赛作风和心理素质,强化全队的整体性防守是中国男篮今后的发展走向。并提出相应的发展对策:即重视体能训练,尤其要提高队伍的对抗能力和有氧代谢能力的训练;提高队员的整体战术意识、战术素养和战术执行力,选择适合中国男篮的技战术打法;提高身体的对抗能力和在高强度对抗下的投篮能力;提高个人和整体的防守能力;多举办和参加高水平的篮球比赛,提高实战比赛能力,积累丰富的比赛经验;重视年轻队员的选拔与培养,加强俱乐部和国家队的梯队建设。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature, video observation, mathematical statistics, expert interview, the paper analyzes world men＇s basketball competition pattern and development trend after London Olympics, which seeks to propose existing problems of Chinese men＇s Basketball and development trend as well as rationalization measures. Studies suggest that the development trend of Chinese Men＇s Basketball are as follows： grasping the world trend to establish own technical and tactical style; embedding cultural elements of European basketball to form holistic play mode; establishing internal and external integration to combine faster and higher development road; emphasizing more offensive to realize mobile offensive play; changing the game style and psychological quality to strengthen the team＇s overall defense. On this basis, the paper proposes Chinese men＇s basketball team made as follows： Attention the Physical Training, in particular to improve the team＇s ability to the body contact ability and the aerobic stamina training, raising overall team tactical awareness, tactical ability and tactical execution to select appropriate Chinese men＇s basketball team＇s technical and tactical play; improving body ability to fight and combat in high -intensity shooting; improving individual and overall defensive abihty; organizing and participating in multi - level basketball game to improve combat ability and accumulate rich experience in the game; paying attention to selection and training of young players to strengthen club and team building. |
