摘    要:高职英语教师专业能力的提升关系到未来高等职业教育发展,高职英语教师的专业化转型也成为高职教育的必然趋势。分析了EOP教学模式在高职英语教学中应用的可行性以及提高教师专业能力的必要性,并提出了高职英语教师专业能力提升的策略。

Abstract:Higher vocational English teachers' professional ability is related to the future development of higher vocational education, and professional transformation has also became the inevitable trend of higher vocational education. The paper is analyzed the feasibility of the application of EOP teaching mode in higher vocational English teaching and the necessity of improving teachers' professional ability, and finally putted forward the effective ways to develop higher vocational English teachers' professional competence.
