陕西地区中学教师课程资源开发与利用现状调查

摘    要:教师是课程资源开发和利用的重要主体。调查结果显示,多数教师对课程资源开发和利用的态度是积极的,但学校及教师课程资源的开发与利用现状还存在很多不尽人意之处。教师课程资源的开发和利用需要学校制度的保障;教师需要合理配置校内资源,积极开发校外资源;鼓励家长参与课程建设;积极寻求校外培训机会;逐渐建立起地方、学校、教师三级课程资源信息库,最终实现资源共享。

Abstract:The curriculum resources is one of the indispensable basic elements in the designing and implementation of curriculum,and their exploitation and utilization would possess great significance in the implementation of new curricula.The teachers themselves are the important one of curriculum resources and,at the same time,the subject of their exploitation and utilization.Through the sample investigation and analysis on the exploitational and utilizational conditions of 182 teachers from more than 100 middle schools in Shaanxi,this paper attempts to throw light on the current problems and put forward some valuable suggestions.
