| 摘 要： | 根据对学校、毕业生和用人单位及人才市场利用网络资源开展毕业生就业工作情况的调查与分析,提出开发《高校毕业生就业需求调查分析统计系统》网络工作软件的工作目标及功能构想,以提升毕业生就业工作成效,适应国家就业政策的要求及市场需求。

| Abstract: | Through the research and analysis about the graduates' employment work via network resources among the colleges,graduates,employing units and the human resources markets,the paper has brought about the concept of the aim and function to develop the network software of the analytic and statistical system for the college graduates' employment demand.Thus,we can improve the working efficiency of the department in charge of the graduates' employment and also meet the demand of the national employment policy as well as the market. |
