| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity for college Iibraries to carry out the management based on human-centered concept,emphasizing the effect of establishing harmonious over the process of library management.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the high-quality service to readers of college libraries can be further improved by means of putting human-centered concept into actual practice as well as taking it into actual practice as weII as taking it into serious consideration,and thus the librarians can do well their jobs. |
