| 摘 要： | 针对当前农村小学英语教学高耗低效的现状，应坚持以“有效教学”为英语教学改革的根本追求。为此，要努力使农村小学英语教学注重目标的全面性，整合课堂教学模式，激发学生的参与意识；调整教师角色位置，引导学生完善自我学习体系，突出学生参与的有效性。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of ＂high consumption but low efficiency＂ in primary English teaching, we should abide by the fundamental principle of ＂effective instruction＂. Some countermeasures must be adopted as follows： The completeness of English teaching goals should be stressed, and integration of teaching models is also imperative to spark the students＇ awareness of participation; Teachers＇ roles should be adjusted to perfect students＇ independent learning system, promoting students＇ effective participation. |
