| 摘 要： | 雕刻用灰度图是用灰度阶表示实物高度的特殊灰度图.分析了双CCD三维激光线扫描仪与数控雕刻机集成系统中左右CCD切换所造成的扫描测量误差,基于邻域分析技术对当前测量点的X,Y两个方向上5个相邻的数据点进行平滑处理,其中基于X方向的插补结果对Y方向做再插补,使生成的灰度图符合数控雕刻加工要求.
