| 摘 要： | 可就业能力作为满足行业和岗位双重需要的核心因素,对于技能型人才的开发和培养,具有重要的作用.对可就业能力的结构要素进行理论探索,结合我国当前IT技能型人才可就业能力现状,提出在技能型人才的可就业能力开发模式上,高等学校、企业和政府各自的策略和模式.

Based on the employability of IT skilled talents, the author provides strategies and modes of improving employability that universities, enterprises and government can adopt. |
