| 摘 要： | 选取全面评价地区人才吸引力的12项指标，构建城市人才吸引力水平的指标体系。运用因子分析法消除指标共线性，将原有的12个指标提取为3个公因子，发现经济实力因子是影响人才吸引力的关键，并以综合得分得到广西14个城市的排名，依据排名并结合各地实际情况提出相应的人才吸引建议。

| Abstract: | The paper uses factor analysis to establish an evaluation model of 14 cities in Guangxi based on 3 common factors, which are extracted from 12 comprehensive evaluation indexes. We find economic strength factor is the key effect on talents attractiveness. At last, based on the comprehensive score ranking combined with actual situation in cities, the paper proposes appropriate recommendations to attract talents. |
