| 摘 要： | 文章结合“风险规避”概念，从如何降低伤害事故的发生概率和如何降低伤害事故损失的严重程度两方面进行思考，针对学生体育伤害事故的风险规避展开研究，具体从伤害事故的防范、伤害事故的现场处理、伤害事故的民事责任认定以及赔偿途径的拓宽四个方面进行论述，以期丰富伤害事故风险规避研究内容，为学校体育工作的安全开展提供建议。

| Abstract: | Combined with the concept of ＂risk aversion＂ , this paper investigates the risk aversion of student sports injury accident, specifically including four aspects ： prevention of injury accidents, on - site treatment, recognition of civ- il liability, and extension of compensation. The research results will not only contribute to rich the theory of risk aversion of injury accident, but also provide useful proposals to the development of physical education. |
