| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、实地考查、逻辑分析等方法对四川藏区牧民定居后的体育文化生活进行整理、分析。主要结论：牧民定居，体现游牧民族的生存环境，生产、生活方式；宗教信仰文化从分散到集中的变化，是推动藏区体育文化发展的活性因子。研究藏区牧民定居后的体育文化生活，从封闭到开放、单一到多元一体、随意到规范、内到外，宗教体育从神秘走向世俗之变，既是对藏族传统体育文化的保护，也是牧民群众自尊和自我实现的一种表现。

| Abstract: | This paper organizes and analyzes the athletic culture life of Sichuan Tibetan People after settlement through the methods of literature review, field study and logical approach. Conclusions can be made as following： herds- men settlement represents the life environment and style of production and life, and transformation of religious culture from dispersion to concentration contribute the development of Tibetan athletic culture. The study of Tibetan athletic cul- ture which changes from sealing to openness, from singularity to multiplicity, from arbitrary to convention, from inside to outside, from religious athlete to secular athlete, is not only the protection of the culture but also symbolism of herdsmen self - esteem and self - realization. |
