| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业权益遭到侵害的主要表现形式有：平等就业权实现困难；劳动报酬权遭遇忽视；就业隐私权遭到亵渎；就业知情权遭到侵犯；求职就业过程中遭遇大量的就业陷阱。通过分析发现，造成毕业生就业权益遭到侵害的原因主要有社会、高校等外部因素和毕业生自身的因素。对此，应该通过制定和完善高校毕业生就业的相关法律法规和机制、加大就业市场监管力度、完善毕业生的就业指导工作等方式，建立高校毕业生就业权益保护机制，有效维护高校毕业生的就业权益。
