| 摘 要： | 以财务报告分析的教学目标与定位为基础,探讨了财务报告分析的教学内容、教学形式、案例素材选择、教学设计与安排等基本教学问题。无论是从财务理论还是会计实践来看,基于特定财务分析主体而进行的财务报告分析,都更加有利于教学目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Based on teaching target and teaching orientation of financial report analysis,this paper analyzes the following basic teaching questions of financial report analysis: teaching contents,teaching form,case materials and teaching designs.In the author's opinion,it gets more benefit for achieving teaching target based on designated stakeholder of financial report analysis. |
