| 摘 要： | 基于对本科财务管理专业培养目标的理解，构建了一个由技能性基础实验、课程单项实验、财务决策仿真模拟拓展实验和ERP沙盘对抗综合实验组成的多层次、阶梯式推进的财务管理专业实验教学内容体系，并从健全实验文档、规范实验过程、强化实验结果考核、提高实验教师技能与素质等方面，对如何加强实验教学质量控制进行了探讨。
