| 摘 要： | 在信息化时代的今天，现行的投档制度除了给权力寻租留有余地外毫无意义，客观上助长了招生腐败现象的发生，侵犯了法律赋予人们的平等受教育权，使整个社会对高校招生出现信任危机，损害了党和政府在人民群众中的威信。在中国共产党着力构建社会主义和谐社会的今天，1：1．2投档制度已到了非改不可的地步。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that in the information age the system is meaningless but results power rent-seeking and facilitate enrollment corruption on the contrary.It violates people's equal right to education and damages prestige of our party and government in the people.This system of 1:1.2 delivering examinee archives have to be changed in today of the communist party of China focusing on building the socialist harmonious society. |
