| Abstract: | Correct orientation of achievements has close relationship with concept of scientific development. Concept of scientific development guides correct orientation of achievements, on the other hand, correct orientation of achievements is the result of the concept of scientific development. So the key point is to form correct directivity of achievements according to the concept of scientific development, set up effective system of directivity and restraint, and use the system to ensure the realization of the concept of scientific development. |
