| Abstract: | Scientific Development Outlook, the overall, coordinated and sustainable society and economy development model, is the important strategic decision made by the Party and the Country in accordance with our country conditions, which suited to new development trend. Scientific development needs higher education＇s support and promotion. College second classroom in accordance with overall development principle is the realization of human-oriented modern education theory in teaching practice, which is in tune with Scientific Development Outlook. |
