摘    要:作为幸福教育的实施主体,教师是学生走向幸福人生的重要引领者。只有教师“幸福地教”,才有学生“幸福地学”。从精神层面看,教师职业幸福是教师自我生命价值与教育价值的统一,是享受与发展的统一,是教师主观努力与客观存在的统一。

Abstract:The subjects of education are teachers who are important resource leading students into happy life.Only when teachers teach happily can students study happily.Just from the spiritual level,teacher’s professional well-being is a combination of self-value and educational value,a combination of enjoyment and development,a combination of objective efforts and subjective conditions.
