| 摘 要： | 提升高职院校教研管理水平,对提高高职院校的整体教研水平和质量,促进高职院校可持续发展有着重要意义。通过分析目前高职院校教研管理中存在的问题,提出了提高教研管理规范化程度,加强教研管理队伍和监控体系建设等措施优化教研管理,提高管理水平。

| Abstract: | Advancing the teaching management level of higher vocational colleges is great significance to improve the overall teaching level and quality and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Through the analysis of the existing problems in the teaching management of higher vocational college, we propose to improve the management level by improving the teaching management level, strengthening the teaching management optimization research management team and the construction of monitoring system. |
