| 摘 要： | 单纯从人力资本存量的角度,研究FDI在东道国的经济增长效应,不足以完全揭示东道国人力资本对FDI技术外溢效应的影响。文章利用中国东部、中部和西部地区所包含各省份的面板数据,从人力资本分布结构和内部结构的角度,较为系统的分析了人力资本结构对FDI技术外溢效应和区域经济增长的影响。实证检验结果表明,FDI对区域的经济增长效应,具有鲜明的人力资本结构特征。人力资本结构较为合理,将有助于区域从FDI中获益。

| Abstract: | Many of the literatures studied the FDI technology spillover from the point of view of the stocking of the human capital,which cannot show the relationship between human capital and FDI technology spillover.The paper studies the influence of the structure of human capital on the FDI technology spillover.The paper holds that reasonable human capital structure will be good to the regional benefit from FDI. |
