| 摘 要： | 技术扩张导致了人与自然关系的失调,由此,也促使人们深入思考技术的本质。现代技术的控制本性是人与自然关系失调的根本原因。建立健全技术活动的社会规范机制,促进技术的合理化,是实现人与自然和谐发展的重要途径。
