| 摘 要： | 企业竞争不仅是企业产品质量和科技含量的角逐,更深层次是企业文化竞争力的较量。优秀的企业文化能在企业内形成巨大的凝聚力,推动技术创新和企业发展;反之将成为企业发展的障碍。对企业文化内涵的研究,是研究企业核心竞争能力的重要内容。在玉立公司利用这种企业文化的巨大影响力来帮助其实现企业战略的案例中,从企业文化的人文角度、创新角度、企业家的精神角度等展现了一个正在成长中的企业如何创造优秀的企业文化,如何将企业文化作为企业的核心竞争力发展,为我国企业的企业文化变革提供新的思路。
