| 摘 要： | 通过运用SPSS软件,结合使用聚类分析和主成分分析两种多元统计方法,对我国31省、直辖市、自治区(不含港澳台)的科学发展与和谐社会情况进行综合评价。其中,聚类分析是为了将31省市的科学发展与和谐社会情况进行分类,而主成分分析则是对科学发展与和谐社会情况进行排序。通过两种方法的结合使用,为各地区政府部门提供一点有价值的信息,帮助其在普遍性中寻找特殊性,根据各地特点,结合各地需要,制定相应的战略规划,出台相关的政策,综合提高科学发展水平,改善和谐社会状况。
