| 摘 要： | 教学质量评价就是利用教育评价的理论和技术对教学过程及其结果是否达到一定质量要求做出的价值判断。国际化、大众化背景下的高等教育教学质量受到各国普遍重视。教育教学质量的评价是一个多方面、多视角的体系。对国外高等教育教学质量评价体系进行比较分析,学习借鉴成功经验、做法,对国内构建高等教育教学质量评价体系进行思考。
