| 摘 要： | 在科技创新高速发展的背景下,高校科研管理的协同发展成为需求。文章将协同理论引入科研管理系统,分析了在科研管理中引入协同管理理论的必要性,并从协同理论的三个主要层面,探讨了科研管理协同发展的对策,指出科研管理的成效决定于科研管理子系统的协同效应;找准序参量是决定科研高速发展的重要条件;科研管理应崇尚无为而治。
