| 摘 要： | 齿轮的齿形误差是影响齿轮传动噪声的主要因素。本文研究了齿轮的齿形误差、特别是压力角误差对齿轮传动噪声的影响，根据齿形压力角误差对齿形误差进行了补充，规定了齿形误差的符号，提出了齿轮副综合齿形误差的概念，认为影响齿轮传动噪声的关键是相啮合的一对齿轮的齿轮副综合齿形误差而不是单个齿轮的齿形误差，并对其原因作了初步的定性分析。

| Abstract: | The profile error of gears is the main factor of gear transmission noise.In this paper,the ef-fect of gear profile error,especially the pressure angular error on gear transmission noise is stud-ied.According to the pressure angular error,the sign of the gear profile error is defined.The concept of gear pair profile error is put forward.It is proposed that the critical factor of gear transmission noise be the gear pair profile error rather than the profile error of the individual gear,the preliminary reason of that is briefly analyzed. |
