| Abstract: | The 21st Century is an era of knowledge-based economy, and knowledge will become a key factor in social progress and economic growth. In order to build knowledge-based economy, a life-long education system should also be established, and the self-taught higher education testing plays a very important role in the life-long education system in China. Life-long education is really the tie between knowledge-based economy and life-long education. |
