| 摘 要： | 云南省中等职业教育发展中出现的问题主要表现为，规模严重不足，专业结构失调，学校整体布局存在矛盾，办学质量不高等方面。面对职业教育发展的良好形势，云南省应转变观念，统筹规划，合理配置资源，依据产业结构调整中职专业结构，立足服务地方经济适度扩大中职规模，各职业学校应以就业为导向，紧盯市场办学。

| Abstract: | The problems appeared in the development of secondary vocational education in Yunnan are: the scale is seriously small,specialty structure is maladjusted,the overall arrangement of schools confront with conflict,school-running quality isn't high,etc.Facing with the prospective development position of vocational education,Yunnan province should transform view,make overall plans,reasonably collocate resources,adjust specialty structure according to the adjustment of industrial structure,moderately enlarge the scale of secondary vocational school from the angle of serving for regional economy.At the same time,vocational schools should be oriented by employment,run school with focus on market. |
