摘    要:坚持以人为本的管理理念,实施人性化管理,不断促进教师专业成长。教师是教育教学过程的实施者,教师的发展决定教学质量的高低。以学生为中心,对学生持续地进行文明守纪教育、信心教育,营造出和谐的教育氛围,使学生成人成才成功。遵循多元智能理论,大力实施个性化教学,让教育充满生机和活力。

Abstract:We’ll base on the human-centered managing concept,carry out the humanistic management,and im-prove the teachers’major development constantly.Teachers are the performers of the process of teaching.The level of the teaching quality depends on the development of the teachers.We should focus on the students and educate the students in civilization,discipline and confidence,forming a harmonious atmosphere,which makes the students mature,useful and successful persons.We should follow multi-intelligence theory and perform individual teaching to make education lively and energetic.
