| Abstract: | We’ll base on the human-centered managing concept,carry out the humanistic management,and im-prove the teachers’major development constantly.Teachers are the performers of the process of teaching.The level of the teaching quality depends on the development of the teachers.We should focus on the students and educate the students in civilization,discipline and confidence,forming a harmonious atmosphere,which makes the students mature,useful and successful persons.We should follow multi-intelligence theory and perform individual teaching to make education lively and energetic. |
