摘    要:高职院校的教育应以培养应用型人才为目标,人才的知识能力结构是应用型,而不是学术型;要按照应用型能力结构,重新构建理论和实践教学的体系,培养的应用能力应为创造性。

Abstract:The education of higher vocational colleges should take training application -oriented talents as target. Talents'knowledge ability structure should be applied rather than academic -based. Higher vocational colleges should rebuild the teaching system of theory and practice according to the capacity of the structure in accordance with the application, and cultivate the creative ability .
