摘    要:中长跑项目的最大训练特点是大运动量。大运动量增加了训练的负荷,也加深加重了机体的疲劳。如果不能很快地恢复机体产生的疲劳,就不能连续完成训练任务,从而使训练水平下降。本文以文献资料为基础,结合教学训练中的实际情况,对中长跑训练后所产生的疲劳现象进行分析,并对其恢复的手段及措施进行了探讨。

Abstract:The greatest training characteristic of long-distance running project is a great amount of exercise, which not only increase the load of training but also deepen and aggravate the fatigues of organism. If we can't rehabilitate the fatigues quickly, we won't finish the task of training in succession, thus enable training competence to drop. This essay analyses the fatigue phenomena appearing after long-distance running training and discusses the recovering measures on the basis of documentation materials, combining the actual situation of instruction and training.
