| 摘 要： | 通过对高校知识创新过程中的信息需求分析,构建出高校知识创新信息需求模型,在此基础上提出了高校知识创新过程中的图书馆信息服务质量评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法和问卷调查法求解出各指标的权重,最后提出了用模糊综合评价法对评价的具体实施.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the need of information in university knowledge innovation and con-structs a model of information need.It builds a evaluation index system of library information service quality for university knowledge innovation.Then it determines weight of each index by applying Delphi and AHP.At last it puts the evaluation in practice by using fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evalua-tion. |
