| 摘 要： | 界定信息价值和信息服务价值的概念,分析信息价值和信息服务价值的特征,综述近年来有关信息价值和信息服务价值的研究。在深入分析信息的功能和信息服务的功能的基础上,构建信息价值和信息服务价值评价模型,认为对于不同用户,要从信息功能或信息服务功能的不同侧面设定不同的权重,不同的功能之下则应设定一些分指标,以使评价体系的构建达到经济价值和社会价值的统一。

| Abstract: | As one of the three social important resources, information utilization will be more and more important in the knowledge economy era. And at the same time, people pay more attention to the value of information and will be getting more acquainted with the information service. This article focuses on explaining the definition of value of intormation and that of information service and discribing their features, respectively. On the basis of analyzing the related researches in the past several years, the paper suggests that it is necessary, to establish a system for evaluating information value and information service. |
